IF UNAVAILABLE YOU'LL BE LEFT A CALLING CARD SO THAT YOU CAN COLLECT FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS CROSSED THE CHANNEL AND ARRIVED IN THE UK IT WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO TRACK VIA THE ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE. JUST ENTER YOUR SAME TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 1PM (GMT) TO BE DISPATCHED THAT WORKING DAY. WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS AND MAJOR UK BANK HOLIDAYS. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

WE WANT YOU TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP PURCHASE. YOU MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT PROVIDED THE PRODUCTS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE UNUSED.
