ok[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] nice smooth black liner. hard to create a thin line because the pencil is so chunky but that's the point of this liner. to smudge amd smoke it out. so if that's what you're looking for then this is a good liner to get. although you can do it with a regar liner and brush. good thing is that this is inexpensive and does the job

miss the markThis would be so nice if the tool used to make the smokey look was a different shape. Have to leave it absolutely flat in order for it to work correctly. that leaves your hand in an awkward position and I end up dragging the hard plastic across my eye lid. the liner itself is nice and I like it.
