Holy Grail Lip Liner“No Equivalent” is my favorite shade in this lip liner collection, and it is so appropriately named! I own so many lip liners and yet none compare to this shade of brown; it is a neutral shade that leans slightly warm on me, and can appear more cool-toned when paired with a cooler lipstick color. It’s very versatile and compliments every lipstick shade, but looks especially gorgeous with nude lipsticks! The formula is also long-wearing. Please don’t ever discontinue this NYX!

Crumbled away, to expensive to not work.The first pencil I was able to use about half of it before it started to crumble and was unusable, which is sad because it went on smooth, was light and comfortable, blended well, and lasted longer than I expected. The 2nd pencil crumbled after about half my bottom lip was lined. The whole pencil crumbled away.

Product Applicator IssuesI love the lip liner product. It felt good on the lips and looked great. The problem I had was with the lip liner applicator. Mine did not work, so I was only able to use the lip liner for about 5 to 6 days. I am assuming this is a quality control issue, but I am not willing to pay full price to find out if this issue happens again.

Literal piece of trashFirst time ever using, fresh out the wrapper, and the tip snapped IMMEDIATELY as it touched my skin. I was barely touching my face, and the entire thing just fell into the sink. I tried molding it back on, but that only got the stupid gunk all over my hands. The twist at the bottom doesn't even work, so I got a speck of color on the side of my lip and now I have to throw it away. IMMENSELY disappointed.

Good quality, color not as pictured/describedThis is my second Line Loud liner, and I find them to be long lasting - they almost have the staying power of a stain. If I put them on and let them "set" for about ten minutes (no food, drinking, or other lip products) they last for 6+ hours. After about 6 hours there is some fading, but the color holds up well and fades evenly.
Stars deducted because even after speaking to live chat help and poring over swatches on this site and additional ones for NYX on a major beauty retailer, the color Ambition Statement is not very wearable. I used my original order, Magic Maker, as a base and wanted something a little bit lighter in color, but still a nude/natural.
Ambition Statement pulls very warm on me. I would not call this color a midtone mauve. There's almost a terracotta tone to it. I think this may be best represented in the pictures of liner on the models, but is not represented in the numerous other pictures, the name, or my conversation with the live chat.
